• Age 26 to 32 years
• Only Male

• Experience in yarn dyeing industry will get more preference. 

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the teammates.

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.

• Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.

• Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.

• Proper knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Power point

• To handle customer complaints with adequate knowledge and techniques.

• To co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve customers issues.

• To prepare weekly basis market report and monthly basis sales overview with short fall evaluation

• Known to Process, Technical, Limitations and Effective Communications to settle the business deal & 

• To be Vigilant in customers need, business movement and competitors activities.

• Frequent visit to factory for development & production follow up, various meeting & quality inspection.

• Maintaining development & shipment data with all relevant & required information.

• Must have sound knowledge in consumption & costing.

• Ensure smooth delivery of products by coordinating with suppliers and production teams.

• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and pricing.

• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management
