Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales with repatriation of export proceed on time. Also, to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
∎ To support and facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans.
∎ To play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative to gear up operational excellence.
∎ To be role-played as team Player/Leader of a Marketing Team.
∎ Calculation of cost & price negotiation with buyers. Follow up with buyers for feedback on the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
∎ To keep close liaison with the buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning, etc.
∎ To make T&A (Time & Action) plan & ensuring cross-check with IE & planning department to ensure on-time shipment.
∎ To coordinate daily operational activities in pre-production, sample development, costing, and consumption of orders. To arrange all submissions & approvals on time to buyer. Checking the sample quality before sending to buying house.
∎ To advise Company team on yarn, production, quality etc. related technical issues.
∎ To review the marketing & Merchandising team, quality teams, shipping team daily and weekly with monitoring progress and report any foreseen delays to the customer.
∎ To communicate with client/customer on a regular basis to provide up-to-date info with regard to the status of production of IT.
∎ Candidates should be known how to use smartphone and computer.
∎ To coordinate with concerned departments/officials in the whole process (i.e., development to the approval of line review, fit pre-production, shipment samples, etc.) and ensure the maintenance of records accordingly.
∎ To ensure that the production plan is prepared and maintained by the company to meet the delivery deadlines.
∎ To ensure that day to day review is made on feedback received from team members on various issues including production status and corrective actions are taken in time.
∎ To give a monthly report on sales and marketing and attend meetings of the marketing and management team
∎ Must be fluent in Bengali and English.
∎ Must have the mentality to work in educational institutions.
∎ Need to build business relationship with new customer.
∎ Must have the attitude of giving support at all times.
