∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with CRM tools.
∎ Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Learn and understand the company’s software products and services.
∎ Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and email campaigns.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations under supervision.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
∎ Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
∎ Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
∎ Follow up with leads and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
