Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to develop and manage the Bangladesh market. The role focuses exclusively on selling China-origin logistics services, including container shipments and related logistics support. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the container and logistics business from China to Bangladesh
- Identify, approach, and onboard new importers, exporters, and corporate clients in Bangladesh
- Promote WINCO’s services, including FCL, LCL, and logistics solutions from China
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
- Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts
- Coordinate closely with China operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Represent the company at industry meetings and business networking events
