Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor’s degree /MBA (Marketing is preferable).

• 1 to 2 years

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related fields.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.

• Knowledge of real estate markets and trends is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients for our real estate products (Plots/Flats etc.)

• Conduct property presentations, site visits and product demos to prospective buyers.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and developers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Negotiate terms, prices and contracts with clients.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.

• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

• Assist in the marketing and promotional efforts for the real estate products.

• Any other task assigned be the Departmental Head/Management.
