Job Responsibilities:
∎ Allocate daily sales target to MIOs and AMs as per monthly sales target.
∎ Monitor daily sales activities and ensure day wise sales target fulfillment.
∎ Collect check and submit TA/DA bills, Salary Attendance, Regional Meeting bills of field forces
∎ Collect different proposals, joining letters, resignation letter, market handover documents and other sales oriented documents from field and maintain a proper record.
∎ Communicate with the MIOs, AMs, and Potential customers to boost up sales value.
∎ Perform frequent field visit for collecting information about credit, customer dues, to check validity of customers and to ensure field officers are performing properly.
∎ Provide sales oriented data and field oriented data to all the concerned departments
∎ Additional responsibilities may be added as per the requirement of Sales and Marketing Department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
