∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Skills Required: Analyzing sales metrics, Data Analytics, Management and Leadership, Problem Solving Skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Vaccine, Product Management Department of Animal Health Product, Sales Marketing Animal Health Sector
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and effective operations of the company to ensure the ultimate business outcome i.e. sustainable profitability of the company.
∎ Oversee and manage the entire operations division like Sales Operations, PMD & Marketing while coordinating with production, supply chain, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
∎ Work on Sales & Marketing of world’s top ranked Animal Healthcare related Vaccines (FMD Vaccine, Live Vaccines, etc.) both nation wide and international arena.
∎ Work on local & government tender related issues associated with Animal Healthcare.
∎ Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance and implement corrective actions as required.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive innovation in operations.
∎ Foster a culture of safety, quality, and compliance throughout the organization.
