∎ Post graduate from any reputed university

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To input all sales information and customer data received from field officers.
∎ Collect shadow files from field officers and maintain physical files according to company guidelines
∎ Ensure daily entry in software and keep information up-to-date
∎ Coordination with field officers to receive completed files on timely manner
∎ Coordination between field officers and Head Office to ensure correct flow of sales information
∎ Maintain and update all kinds of documents and ensure safe custody of the same.
∎ Assist Supervisor in overall policy formulation and implementation.
∎ Communicate with account department whenever any kind of problem arise as regards to delivery, transfer, registration & renewal money, bank file etc.
∎ Suggest Supervisor on relevant departmental issues as and when required.
∎ Maintain all other office documents and liaison with other departments in order to meet office requirements
∎ Produce necessary reports to supervisor as and when necessary.
∎ Perform duties according to management requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Computer literacy is a must especially in MS Office and E-communication.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority from time to time.
∎ Capable of sound reporting for executing management decision.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure
