Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Operation, Retail Sales and Marketing, Retail sales operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute sell out in local markets following Route to Market Procedure for sales distribution.
∎ Manage sales team using measurable sales metrics.
∎ Lead the coverage expansion plan incorporating new outlet registration across the Region.
∎ Generate and review RTM metrics dashboard and monitor distributors performance monitoring tools.
∎ Coordinate execution of all product launch, activation exercise and re-launch of existing products in the regions.
∎ Assuring route coverage plan and SFA tools
∎ Developing sales capability across the region

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
