Experience:
• Prior experience in customer retention, call center, or ISP/telecom industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle challenging conversations with patience and professionalism.
• Good understanding of ISP operations, broadband services, and customer expectations
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
• Target-driven with a positive attitude and problem solving mindset
• Contact customers proactively to prevent churn and encourage continued service usage.
• Analyze customer data to identify retention risks and recommend action plans.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective, timely resolutions.
• Educate customers on service features, packages, and value-added offerings.
• Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and retention activities.
• Collaborate with technical, billing, and support teams to resolve service-related issues.
• Follow up on pending cases and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on retention metrics and performance.
