Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales strategies
∎ Greet and assist customers in the showroom with product knowledge and personalized recommendations
∎ Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, pricing, and promotions to internal and external customers
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
∎ Prepare and present regular sales reports for management review
∎ Ensure the showroom maintains a clean, organized, and professional appearance
∎ Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales operations
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to support promotions and product availability
∎ Participate in daily and monthly sales meetings to plan and track performance goals
∎ Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
∎ Conduct monthly customer visits and follow up to strengthen business relationships
∎ Maintain and update the customer database and profiles regularly for accurate record-keeping.
