Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales targets in accordance with the sales plan.
∎ Forecast sales requirements and analyze variances.
∎ Initiate corrective actions to address deviations from sales goals.
∎ Provide advice and information about products and services.
∎ Ensure a high level of customer attendance and satisfaction in the showroom.
∎ Identify and pursue business opportunities within the corporate market.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to expand our client base.
∎ Prepare daily sales vs. achievement reports for review by the manager.
∎ Participate in daily and monthly sales meetings to discuss strategies and goals.
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with sales team members to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
∎ Collaborate with other departments as needed to support sales initiatives.
∎ Maintain and update the client database and profiles regularly.
∎ Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information is available for sales and marketing efforts
