Responsibilities & Context:
Handle air ticket reservations, issuance, re-issuance, and refunds through GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
Maintain and manage IATA accounts, BSP reconciliation, and related documentation.
Coordinate with airlines for fare updates, ADM/ACM issues, and reporting.
Provide professional customer service to both walk-in and corporate clients.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase ticket sales and promote travel packages.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and agents.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and promotional materials when required.
