Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain updated travel advisory for international bookings.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
∎ Manage end to end booking procedure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area (s): Air ticketing & Reservation, hotel booking, good knowledge of GDS (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, and Abacus).
∎ Must have experience and knowledge in at least two operating GDS system (Galileo, Sabre or Amadeus) with successful training certificates
∎ Should be knowledgeable with Fare search, Fare quote, Make Booking, Issuing tickets, Re-Issue, Cancellation, Void tickets, Process Refunds, Re-valid Tickets, Issue EMD, Issue Group Tickets, Refunding, Upgrading etc.
∎ Knowledge on airline WEB reservation systems will be added value.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in established IATA travel agency
∎ Reference from two people.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ IATA certifications or Training/Trade Course: Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus is mendatory.
∎ Excellent English communication is required for this position
∎ Efficiency in additional languages other than Bangla and English will be an added advantage for the candidates.
