Job Responsibilities:
∎ The purpose of this position is to extend the reservation, ticketing & customer service.
∎ Maintain awareness of competitive issues in assigned markets.
∎ Make and confirm reservations using Central Reservation Control and issue tickets.
∎ Provide customer service with travel suggestions and information sources, such as schedule, fare, policy, and restrictions.
∎ Make refund, reissue, top-up, follow up as per requirement.
∎ Submit sales activity report on daily basis.
∎ Contact customers and travel agents to update them about product & promotions.
∎ Other necessary jobs deemed by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to correspond in written & spoken in both Bengali & English language.
∎ Knowledge on GDS, Sabre system will be an added advantage.
∎ Computer Skills - MS Office, Email Communication & Internet.
