Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Manage delinquent accounts of SAM Retail.
∎ Achieve yearly recovery target from Write-off & Non Write- off.
∎ Initiate & increase settlement of accounts.
∎ Control forward flow rates and ensure maximum backward flow and regularization of delinquent loans.
∎ Maintain liaison and co-ordination with Litigation Management team.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by giving best services and address complaints.
∎ Communicate with delinquent borrowers, borrower's family members and guarantors through over phone & physical visits.
∎ Execute warrant of arrest in co-ordination wit litigation management team.
∎ Ensure visit planning to untouched & irregular customer Take proper step for speedy withdraw & disposal of cases with relation the settlement & related teams.
∎ Arrange and execute single/group visits to hardcore customers Update communication details in Collection Software.
∎ 80% field level Job.
