Responsibilities & Context:

Assist and execute the performance cycle for the bank employees and also support in implementing HR strategy, organizational transformation, organization structure, and organizational effectiveness.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and track the monthly performance of employees.

  • Ensure timely collection, validation, and analysis of performance data and documents

  • Identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement in employee performance.

Reporting & Insights

  • Generate comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for management review.

  • Provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.

Objective & KPI Setting

  • Support line managers in setting clear and measurable objectives aligned with organizational goals.

  • Assist in the development and review of department-specific and individual KPIs.

Job Descriptions & Organizational Structure

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating Job Descriptions (JDs) across departments.

  • Assist in ensuring KPIs, roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and aligned with JD and organization structure
