∎ Training/Trade Course: Leadership, Team Building, Team Strategy
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and follow-up 5 different data transaction processes (trims/accessories online booking & verify suppliers payment; cost breakdown, L/C, PI, shipment documentation review & publish, access online portal of Buyers (i.e. retail link)
∎ Validate, compile and publish reports.
∎ Monitor performance and motivate team members.
∎ Evaluate team members based on their performance.
∎ Set goals for team with specific duration and prepare road map to achieve the goal.
∎ Conduct monthly performance review session.
∎ Propose manpower requirement based on work volume.
∎ Risk analysis and prepare strategy to run department smoothly.
∎ Organize and co-ordinate operations, team in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
