Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Graduation in any discipline from Public/Private/National University.

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field.

• Attend PP meeting with other concerns prior to start of sewing production.
• Evaluate performance of junior colleagues and conduct training in necessary areas.
• Ensure Quality Assurance SOP, different tools and parameters and take corrective actions for any quality related issues if necessary.
• Ensure teamwork in the department and attend meeting with Finishing and Sewing section for better output and for resolving any situation/problem.
• Follow up sample and bulk product’s quality as per buyer’s requirement.
• Arrange PP and final inspection meeting with buyer’s QC team with all requirements.
• Implement GPQ and ensure final product’s quality as per buyer’s requirement.
• Evaluate potential health hazard from product’s misuse and take necessary steps to ensure safety.
• Implement buyer’s Code of Conduct on Product Safety Rules and Regulations.
• Perform any other task assigned by Management.

Work Station: Square Apparels Limited, factory, Mamarishpur, Mallikbari, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
