∎ Proficient in identifying sewing defects and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and audit sewing lines to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
∎ Identify defects, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
∎ Develop and enforce sewing quality guidelines and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
∎ Conduct in-line and end-line inspections of garments to ensure they meet quality requirements.
∎ Work closely with production teams to provide feedback on sewing techniques, minimizing rework and improving efficiency.
∎ Maintain records of quality checks, defects, and rejections, and generate regular quality reports.
∎ Train sewing operators on quality standards, defect identification, and best practices.
∎ Collaborate with design and product development teams to ensure quality is integrated from the initial stages.
∎ Ensure compliance with customer requirements, internal standards, and industry regulations.
∎ Lead and support audits, customer visits, and internal/external inspections.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
