• Diploma in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Age At least 23 years
• Only Male

• Knowledge of all the technical aspects of the production process

• Fabric knowledge

• Technical knowledge, such as pattern and sample, cutting, printing, embroidery, finishing, and washing

• Quality orientation

• Track the order from fabric booking through sending the goods to the leftover, including fabric received, cutting, and print/embroidery.

• Collect the drop details after order confirmation for better follow-up.

• Fix the average details after analyzing the sample, and define the fabric delivery date, cutting and sewing start date, embellishment part receive date, final inspection date, and others by setting targets for all processes.

• Provide a critical review of the style and the obstacles to achieving the monthly production target. Fabric approval and receive to keep available for other lead times.

• Analyze each style critically before production to reduce complexities and bottlenecks and take preventive actions accordingly.

• Make a checklist of all trims and accessories for uninterrupted input supply to ensure all procedures are in time, and keep in contact with the store and merchandiser to update and in-house all trims and accessories on time.

• Follow up on the in-house status of production, fabric, and embellishment daily.

• Prepare a contingency plan for unwanted and unavoidable situations if required.

• Prepare daily working hours for sewing, finishing, and cutting, and visit all running lines as part of routine work.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
