Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Executive will oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. This role involves conducting audits, preparing for buyer visits, developing corrective action plans (CAP), ensuring report accuracy, delivering training, and establishing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal QMS Audit: Conduct regular internal audits of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with organizational standards and identify areas for improvement.
• External Technical Audit: Coordinate and support external technical audits, ensuring all processes meet industry and regulatory requirements.
• Buyer Visit Preparation: Prepare the factory for buyer visits, ensuring all quality and production processes align with buyer expectations and specifications.
• CAP Preparation: Develop and implement Corrective Action Plans to address non-conformities identified during audits or inspections.
• Report Accuracy Check: Review and verify the accuracy of quality and production reports to ensure reliable data for decision-making.
• Quality & Production Training: Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance understanding of quality standards and production processes.
• SOP Preparation and Implementation: Develop, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures to standardize processes and ensure consistent quality.
