Responsibilities & Context:
∎ RM, PM testing and report preparation.
∎ Ensure proper RM dispensing and production Process maintenance as per BMR.
∎ Test intermediate and bulk products, semi-finished products and finished products.
∎ Perform IPQC during production to ensure standard process and standard quality products.
∎ Conduct laboratory-related various activities-Reagents and stock solution preparation, standardization and instrument calibration etc.
∎ Retention sample collection and random checking.
∎ Inform non-conformity matters to relevant departments-PD, QC and Production.
∎ Cooperate to generate quality-related documents-IPQC sheet, specification and test procedures.
∎ Coordinate establishing SOPs.
∎ Assist in reviewing and investing external and internal complaints regarding product quality and other aspects.
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join Quality Control (QC) Department as an Executive.
∎ Routine/Regular Job:
∎ RM, PM testing and report preparation.
