∎ Graduate at reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job distribution of inline & table Quality Inspectors.
∎ To operate & arranging the manpower for finding the optimum labels performance and efficiency under a proper discipline.
∎ To attain pre-Production Meeting.
∎ To prepare first production report.
∎ To Co-ordinate with the end line Q.I, Inline Q.I for predictable & preventive defects.
∎ To contributing in training program which may arranged time to time.
∎ To check sewing workmanship in every process of respective line. Such as-Stitching Quality, SPI, Skip Stitch, Drop Stitch, Tension, Accessories Placement, Point Hi-low, Label attachment, Label details, Label placement etc.
∎ To take measurement (At least 5 Pcs of each line) of complete garments.
∎ To follow-up Q.C pass garments as per bundle card mentioned.
∎ To prepare Supervisor/Controller Check List.
∎ To check the following report:-
∎ >First production report.
∎ >Oil report.
∎ >In-line inspection report.
∎ >Hourly reject status. * Measurement report.
∎ >Process QC Report. * Technical Specification(Mock Up).
∎ >Needle point check report. * In-line/ Height three traffic light report.
∎ >End table Inspection Report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Extensive knowledge on ERP and MS Office.
∎ Management of manpower effectively.
∎ Willing to work in under pressure.
∎ Job Location: Chandra, Gazipur
Salary: Negotiable
