∎ BBA/MBA from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to sale renovation service to the customers while maintaining excellent relationship.
∎ Should have knowledge & experience about facility management, operations & customer dealing.
∎ Monitor renovation services and its operations.
∎ Resolve customers' complaints.
∎ Ensue Revenue Collection against renovation service.
∎ Maintain proper communication with all the vendors, contractors, suppliers of the handed over projects regarding service contract.
∎ Any others task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in following areas: Property Management / Facility Management, Customer Service / Client Service, Corporate Marketing etc.
∎ Interpersonal and Communication skill
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
