∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product sourcing and quotation collection from various local and international vendors.
∎ Prepare CS and take approval from concerned departments and management.
∎ Issue PO to suppliers and Follow-up delivery timeline.
∎ Managing vendors and checking different bills,
∎ Ensure checking of the price of the procured products by visiting the market frequently and preparing a comparative statement.
∎ Manage storage and inventory control as a team player or independently.
∎ Identifying and mitigating areas of risk with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Search for new and alternative supply sources and Update vendor database on a regular basis.
∎ Build a collaborative relationship with personnel of vendors/suppliers.
∎ Prepare Monthly purchase reports and Inventory reports.
∎ Prepare delivery challan for all kinds of deliveries, maintain received challan copies & update concern stakeholders.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant field.
∎ Procurement knowledge
∎ Relevant Business Acumen
∎ Planning Skills
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
