∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive IE bulletin mentioning men, machine plan with SMV spelt out against each process for one single style.
∎ Attend PP meetings headed either by the COO/Planning department and the QA department head.
∎ Should ensure that apparel production lines are properly balanced for target output based on skill matrix.
∎ Should arrange size set sample for the line.
∎ Should have a pre-production sample prepared and compared with the original approved sample.
∎ Should have a glance through the PP meeting minutes and all discussed changes are incorporated.
∎ Should approve commencement of production against a work order.
∎ Should monitor the progress of the production against the production plan.
