Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Arrange appropriate warehousing for Materials receiving, dispatching, stacking & quality control.
∎ Maintain and manage the availability of products as per requisition.
∎ Monitor and manage stock levels, delivery times.
∎ Get information about confirmed orders from distribution team.
∎ Prepare various reports and charts such as warehouse cleaning chart, warehouse report, receive & dispatch report, daily status report.
∎ Supervise warehouse cleaner, Labor, and security guards.
∎ Send the stock report to the management weekly & monthly.
∎ Monitoring of Non-conforming and rejected materials.
∎ Prepare loss and adjustment report.
∎ Ensure product safety through proper storing and preservation.
∎ To perform any other necessary tasks time to time as per management order.
