Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
A Bachelor’s or training in textile/garment production, knitting operations, or industrial engineering will be an added advantage.
Freshers with a relevant academic background are also encouraged to apply for the Trainee Officer Position.

Basic knowledge of ERP or production management software (if applicable).
Responsibilities & Context:
Planned and executed all knitting operations to achieve production targets through optimal use of workforce, machines, and materials as per defined KPIs.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure uninterrupted machine operation and achieve shift-wise production targets.
Monitor and ensure fabric construction quality in line with buyer specifications and standards.
Identify, report, and follow up on machine issues to ensure timely maintenance and smooth functioning.
Train and motivate operators to follow process checkpoints at each production stage for consistent quality.
Maintain accurate job cards for each machine with all required parameters (e.g., PO number, yarn count, composition, Dia, GG, stitch length, knitting plan route).
Track and maintain daily production records, ensuring minimal rejection rates and wastage.
Supervise and maintain raw materials and finished goods inventory, ensuring proper documentation of receipts and issues.
Work closely with the production team to meet targets within lead time while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in the production area.
Escalate major operational issues to department heads and ensure proper shift handover to maintain production continuity.
