∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Flexible packaging work experience will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Received the production plan from the department head and took necessary steps to implement the production plan.
∎ Provide proper advice to the department head or supervisor regarding the manpower setup to implement the production plan.
∎ To ensure a smooth supply of raw materials have to communicate with the warehouse manager to get on-time support.
∎ Received raw material from the warehouse and checked with the requisition before going into production.
∎ Received the order schedule from the department head and prepared job cards for the specific order.
∎ To get 100% quality products has to concentrate on online checking.
∎ Coordinate with the quality assurance department regarding various quality issues.
∎ For less wastage ensure that the raw materials are using are meet the requirement.
∎ Work In Progress Consumption reports, working process reports, Extra Trimming, and Sample Development Reports have to be prepared and sent to the respective personnel.
∎ Supervises the machine Operators and Helpers to maintain cleanliness on the floor.
∎ Give support to the management for ensuring the proper use of PPE.
∎ Ensure that all wastage is kept in the specific area.
∎ Prepare and implement the plan to get continuous support by the team.
∎ Scheduling and overseeing all Machine production-related work.
∎ Coordination with Quality and other teams regarding any Production issues.
∎ Skill development includes Helpers to the machine operating activities.
∎ Making scheduled checks on Daily Production activities.
∎ Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating the production process.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Executive Production role at Flexipak Factory is to oversee all aspects of production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This position involves managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, and coordinating with various departments to meet production goals.
