Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after all the issues of P.D sample making, including pattern test, Trial sample, Material arrangement and on time sample making.
∎ Assist production floor during trial production and give solution for any issue, and in Bulk production follow up critical issue and report to P.D Head.
∎ Check cutting knife and give approval for production, making marking pattern and position pattern and hand over to production team.
∎ Arrange and organize P.D production unit maintaining 6 sigma, Make a good arrangement at P.D material warehouse.
∎ Get the sample requirement from P.D head and act accordingly/sincerely to complete all sample in time frame and hand over to Business Department.
∎ Lead the team in P.D sample making unit, and take any challenges to complete samples in time frame. Should have the mentality to take work pressure.
∎ Should be able to source any materials and outsole from Local market during urgent sample making.
∎ Should have knowledge to understand Sample consumption, BOM, and making of SHOWBOARD. Before making CFM, sample need to check and confirm consumption sheet and BOM, either given by Business Team or Customer.
∎ Need to have good knowledge in different type of printing for both leather and synthetic.
∎ Must have good knowledge in both Leather & synthetic materials. As well should have experience working is Leather footwear in P.D department. Should have good knowledge in basic construction of leather shoe making as well as sports.
∎ Preferably he needs to know all types of shoe making process, especially: Cemented, DIP, waterproof, Trekking, Snow boots, Casual Boots, Ladies Fashion, Heel, Pump Etc.
∎ Follow up with store and production every day and take the lead to make the samples making is not hampered due to any supply chain.

∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ working experience 6-8 years at Product Development Department (P.D) of Synthetic & Leather shoe.
Salary: Negotiable
