Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use data from the source to create VSM, Process Maps to identify the current state, use problem solving techniques to prepare counteraction plans, guide the team to be part of the improvement work, create SOP’s, STW’s, A3’s, 3W’s to implement counteraction plans and finally monitor, measure, review and report progress. In short, a complete cycle of PDCA across all key areas of the organization.
∎ Coach the employees at all levels to create an organization driven by lean culture.
∎ Monitor data at all levels as per the set standards in accordance with company policy deployment, analyze, predict abnormalities in advance. Create presentations and displays using appropriate communication methods at all important measuring points and make data drive the organization.
∎ Facilitate operations team for the department meetings, track abnormalities, analyze trends, hold problem solving sessions on continuous issues and follow up on action plans.
∎ Track KPI’s of the organization at all levels, conduct review meetings, capture minutes & follow up action plans. Facilitate projects to mitigate abnormalities found in People, Machine, Processes & Material.
∎ Manage the task with utmost adherence to the local and international compliance requirements, prominence to safety and mutual respect at all levels.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor’s Degree in Process Engineering or a relevant field of study from a reputed University
∎ Computer Literacy and proficiency in English is a must
∎ 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a renowned organization
∎ Thorough knowledge in apparel manufacturing is an added advantage
∎ Having a Lean Six Sigma certification would be an added advantage
∎ Strong leadership with sound communication skills
∎ Confident freshers fulfilling requirements other requirements are welcome to apply
