Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Multifabs Limited (100% export oriented Knit composite Factory). One of the leading Company of Bangladesh, which is reached by Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ISO-9001, ISO-1401, ISO-45001, GOTS, OCS etc. Certificates & many others CoC of Buyers. We are running 75 Sewing lines with 33 tons Knitting & 35 tons Dyeing capacity under the Green Environment by continuing the sustainability. Multifabs Ltd. is conducting a lot of CSR activities among the employees as well as social affairs.
∎ Job Description:
∎ Make effective monthly production plan considering similar style /advance plan using ERP board of the orders in consultation and coordination with Marketing and Merchandising, production head & management team.
∎ Searching the subcontract factories for on time shipment of unplanned style’s and ensuring quality through size set program in that factory. If everything is ok than ready to input (with trims, accessories) send that factories and everyday collecting subcontract production reports.
∎ Make TNA Plan for a confirmed Garments Order, from procurement to shipment, considering Raw material booking and in-housing (knitted fabric, accessories) on-time as per shipment schedule.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity and strength along with ensuring timely shipment through strong production follow-up.
∎ Working on ERP software and provide monthly order booking allocation with merchandiser considering back lock.
∎ Forecasting target for monthly & yearly work with IE team to achieve the target.
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with Merchandising, production & fabrics department for order Planning & proper line allocation of the styles.
∎ Work with merchandiser for on-time PP approvals to start bulk production of fabric, cutting, embellishment such as print, embroidery, washing, sewing & finishing.
∎ Carefully follow up order closing if required short booking of fabric then discus with related department about short booking timely for closing the order accurately.
∎ Prepare a weekly production meeting documents.
