Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and coordinate knit/dyeing production operations and ensure compliance within the established production schedules, standard costs, specifications.
∎ Plan for production on the basis of order, floor capacity, and time schedule, per day work load and on the basis of monthly target.
∎ Responsible to execute production program of different orders.
∎ Monitor the product developments.
∎ Responsible for marketing company products.
∎ Maintain existing customers and develop new customers.
∎ Responsible for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities that support the production process.
∎ Prepares and monitor budget, variance analysis and establishes goals in line with company goals.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development.
∎ Specific 2-3 buyer Order follow up considering fabric delivery status, Gap Analysis, Short QTY root cause analysis.
∎ Machine wise Dyeing & Finishing plan preparation weekly.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
