∎ Responsible to carry out smooth production process…..
∎ Also as an Executive Planning, needs to make sure below points as well…
∎ 1. Monitoring TNA properly so that all sewing and finishing materials will be in-house on time.
∎ 2. Achieving the plan cut date hit rate.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring TNA to confirm OTTA, OTTB and OTTC.
∎ Check day to day supply chain status and the material status which is supposed to come yesterday.
∎ Collect production package (Style file, trim card, sample)
∎ Make and monitoring size set making plan to ensure PCD
∎ Arrange and participate PP meeting
∎ Make embellishment plan with cutting production and cutting IE and monitoring accordingly
∎ Responsible for regular monitoring of cutting, sewing & packing production plans against actual & immediately identify bottlenecks / issues & coordinate with relevant departments to resolve the issues and ensure all are on track every time.
∎ Attend to all input delays such as raw-material, cut components, embellishment etc. and coordinate with the relevant departments & execute speedy alternatives to ensure actual productions are in-line with the production plan.
∎ Make cumulative plan production target Vs. cumulative plan achievement report and make plan B with production team, if have discrepancy.
∎ Attend the daily morning meeting and daily forecast meeting & follow-up production issues due to supply chain problems and coordinate the implementation of agreed solutions to ensure deliveries are on target.
∎ Responsible to prepare and follow up the shipment schedule liaising with packing departments and ensure the execution of same as planned.
∎ Make weekly shipment schedule
∎ Floor visit practically and see the practical situation of supply chain status and give feedback
∎ Check fabrics, trims and accessories receiving status for running week and next week.
∎ Attend planning team internal meeting daily basis
∎ Make monthly factory presentation (Plan Vs. Forecast Vs. Achievement)
∎ Ensure that all subordinates are aware of their key responsibilities & performance indicators
