∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR, HR and Payroll, HR Development, Job analysis and manpower planning, KPI
Job Responsibilities:
∎ KPIs & Benefit Tracking.
∎ Define a reporting process to track measure and communicate the new KPIs.
∎ Prepare Organogram and update the Job Description time to time.
∎ Prepare department wise Manpower Budget and set KPI.
∎ Update and prepare the policies needed.
∎ Collaborate with management to identify company skill needs
∎ Undertaking regular assessments of training needs and developing a program to meet the identified needs.
∎ Implement an effective performance management system.
∎ Prepare training Calendar, Design effective training & development programs
∎ Creates, further develops, and organizes educational materials such as manuals and multimedia visual aids.
∎ Design financial and non-financial reward program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Work experience in RMG sector will be given preference.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
