Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and follow up on production progress in alignment with sales targets.
∎ Ensure urgent items are prioritized in production to meet deadlines.
∎ Plan monthly procurement schedules for foreign materials based on production requirements.
∎ Coordinate with the import section to ensure timely delivery of imported materials.
∎ Work closely with the purchasing department to facilitate local purchases, ensuring timely acquisition of materials.
∎ Review pricing and delivery schedules for local purchases to maintain cost-effectiveness and meet production timelines.
∎ Assist in planning and executing new product development initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with the Development and Engineering departments to ensure seamless implementation of new projects.
∎ Maintain strong communication channels with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on operational goals.
∎ Ensure effective collaboration with the Development and Engineering teams for smooth project handovers and troubleshooting.
∎ Monitor and ensure profitability targets are met for assigned product groups.
∎ Evaluate cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and delivery.
∎ Context:
∎ This position will coordinate and oversee various aspects of production, procurement, and distribution processes to meet sales targets and ensure product profitability. This role requires effective communication and follow-up with multiple departments, including production, import, procurement, development, and engineering, to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.
