Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Executive – Operation (Commerce) to oversee booking, packaging, courier & delivery, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Job Responsibilities
Manage booking operations and keep proper records.
Supervise the packaging process carried out by the packaging team, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Handle courier and delivery management, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
Maintain and monitor inventory to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth operations.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and share with management.
Identify operational challenges and suggest practical solutions.
