Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc in Textile Engineering (Weaving/ Wet Processing).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation & Maintenance, Textile (Weaving), Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor shift workers' attendance, manage and continue machine in case of manpower shortage/absence.
∎ Follow up with the Fitter activities.
∎ Maintain knotting and drawing program given by HOD.
∎ Maintain register for loom problem, low-efficiency reason and.
∎ Coordinate with Store and Maintenance.
∎ Handover and takeover program during shift start/end.
∎ Keep the Machine clean.
∎ Overall housekeeping.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Air Jet loom will get preference.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Good command in both Bangla and English.
