Quality Control Management, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor team inspection activity/performance.
∎ Inspection and confirm daily production.
∎ Making NC report in terms of rejection.
∎ Analyze rejection and share reports to the production team on daily basis.
∎ Identify root causes applying different tools/methods and ensure preventive and corrective actions.
∎ Share monthly rejection reports with Management.
∎ Initiating different improvement projects for quality improvement.
∎ Reviewed and confirmed Sample quality before Start Bulk Production.
∎ Working with the production team for process and system development.
∎ Initiating different improvement projects for quality improvement.
∎ Arrange brainstorming sessions with the team in terms of any change and new items.
∎ Ensure training on SOP and spec to the team.
∎ Ensure ‘’5S’’ activities in QA stages.
∎ Ensure training to the team on different customers’ quality manual, specifications, SOP, or any other documents related to Quality.
∎ Ensure PP meetings are conducted before starting any new product or any other change in the product specification.
∎ Follow up product development activity with R&D team.
