Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality control & inspection on Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
∎ Ensure hourly reporting & water test on ETP (pH, TDS, DO, Temp, Color, Sludge volume in Imhoff cone).
∎ Ensure weekly & monthly reporting on ETP (COD, BOD, SVI, TSS & MLSS).
∎ Ensure Safety, Cleaning & housekeeping of the plant are covered as per SOPs.
∎ To minimize maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
∎ Maintain Correlation with the processing department.
∎ Coordinate with BEPZA Environmental counselor for ETP discharge water test.
∎ To communicate with respective departments in order to ensure quarterly ETP discharge water tests from "Department of Environment (DOE)".
∎ To monitor and maintain WTP and RO Plant activities
∎ Arrange roster duty for ETP plant workers.
