Job Context:
∎ Job Purpose: To plan, analyze, design, and create official college marketing materials that educate and inform both internal and external audiences about ACC`s mission, people, programs, and services.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expertise:
∎ Design as per the Company demand.
∎ Plans concept by studying information and materials.
∎ Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
∎ Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
∎ Illustrates design layout of art materials, arrange size, type size and style, and related concepts.
∎ Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment.
∎ Completes projects by coordinating with other parties, art services, printers, etc.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Required:
∎ Provides creative support for web graphic needs.
∎ Creating & coordinating with tag lines, market plans, proofing and corrections.
∎ Prepares electronic files according to commercial printer's requirements and checks printer proofs.
∎ Compiles and organizes information from multiple sources throughout the college; formats and updates written material and graphics provided in multiple formats including hard copy, Word, Excel, and Adobe illustration, Photoshop, 3D Max.
∎ Coordinates, designs, and produces a variety of official college publications and marketing collateral which may include brochures, catalogs, print ads, posters, fliers, booklets, mailers, PowerPoint slides, and promotional merchandise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 02 years (Work in Agro business/Agency Background will be preferable)
∎ Relevant Requirement:
∎ Graphic design theory, typography, color theory, DTP
∎ Technical expertise with graphic design and print production software.
∎ Commercial printing requirements and practices
∎ Publication layout and design.
∎ Skills:
∎ Must possess required skills and be able to explain and demonstrate, with or without reasonable accommodations, that the essential functions of the job can be performed.
∎ Office decorum:
∎ Maintaining an established work schedule.
∎ Creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effectively managing tight deadlines and multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
