Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ M.Com/ Accounting or M.Sc./ B.Sc. background from any reputed university/institution.
∎ C.A. (CC) Full/ Partly completed will get high priority but not mandatory.
∎ Skills Required: Administration,Branch Management,Capital Market/ Investment Banking,cash management,Compliance

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Banks & Financial, cash management, Deposit, Finance, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Research, Internal Audit, Share Department/ Company Secretariat, Trading of Share
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all financial and accounting activities for business operations.
∎ Manage daily, monthly and yearly accounting functions for company and clients.
∎ Affiliation with accounting software like Tally or SIS Plus.
∎ Regular maintenance of cash, cash book and bank books.
∎ Maintain & update accurate financial and accounting systems, including computer data entry and paper file documentation.
∎ Prepares monthly and annual statements by assembling data for the Management.
∎ Auditing and Reconciling Cash transaction, Company accounts, Bank Statements, Receivables and payable, Organizing monthly Reconciliation and other internal audit.
∎ Prepare, organize and handle Tax, Vat & Joint stock documents,Tax-Vat reports and statements.
∎ Payroll processing.
∎ Determine accounting errors or discrepancies and suggest necessary corrective action.
∎ Maintain accurate accounting records for future references.
∎ Ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting principles.
∎ Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Support preparation of annual budget, forecast and projections.
∎ Assist in preparing necessary documentations for annual financial audits.
∎ Relationship maintenance with all the parties involved to the business.
∎ Offer high quality customer service in a professional manner.
∎ Carry out trades for customers (over the phone or walk-in).
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
