Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Make outgoing calls to customers to advise them of products and services that may be of interest to them.
  2. Take customer information and update it in the database as required.
  3. Put through relevant sales and contracts for sales of goods or services.
  4. Explain products and service features to clients.
  5. Pass on leads to the outbound sales team if applicable.
  6. Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
  7. Understand the customers` needs and tailor the service to their needs.
  8. Be patient with a polite and customer-focused telephone manner.
  9. Update customer information such as change of address and phone number when requested to do so.
  10. Follow-up calls with emails if required.
