Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare a proper Plan for production schedule and Monitor quality of all types of Narrow fabric goods;
∎ Check preparation of different type of samples and follow-up on time delivery;
∎ Follow-up Narrow Fabric production and planning as per requirements of Sales & Marketing Department;
∎ To make sure all the production KPIs maintained as per the set tgt (efficiency and productivity);
∎ Monitor all process of Elastic, Drawstring, Jacquard, Twill tape production;
∎ Follow-up customer's complain & assist to solve the same;
∎ To handle customer complains along with team and give proper solutions to CS/marketing team;
∎ Maintain required database and prepare necessary reports;
∎ Costing and Pricing calculation of elastic, twill tape , drawstring and jacquard;
∎ Maintain required MIS (Management information system);
∎ Follow up production activity in production floor and safety & hygiene in the production floor;
∎ To ensure OTD and OTIF of customer orders;
∎ Involve and engage in projects, initiatives and events that is assigned by the Management which is necessary for the greater well being of the Organization, Its Business Results and the Happiness and well-being of its Stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Strong technical skill is required.
∎ Should be well versed with the Garments Accessories factories QA system.
∎ Should have analytical ability, time management & with record of accomplishment.
∎ Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
