Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Business Administration/ Economics/ statistics.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Research Design/ Analysis

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect Territory Wise Primary & Secondary Sales Data, Provide necessary input/entry in the process/ERP and prepare sales report on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare Weekly and Monthly MIS reports and present the same to the management as and when required as well as keeping sales data up to date
∎ Prepare/draft different types of letters for distributors and send the same to the concerned persons.
∎ To collect updated information of distributors & field force.
∎ Forecasting the demand for the LPG products in niche market based on the target as well as market demand.
∎ Provides administrative support for the effective management of field forces by monitoring/tracking their performance.
∎ Involved in the calculation of the forecast errors, trends and reporting the same for the niche market.
∎ Collect Sales Reports on regular intervals.
∎ Provide different types of sales report like distributors performance analysis, call productivity ratio etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent command over English and Bengali.
∎ Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
∎ Computer literacy is must
∎ Excellent command over MS Excel

Salary: Negotiable
