Responsibilities & Context:

We are actively seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as sales executives, specializing in merchant acquisition and business development of our payment solution. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of demonstrated experience exclusively in Merchant Acquisition and account management roles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve the given sales targets through effective sales management.
  • Enrich the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients, with a primary focus on SME merchants.
  • Be prepared for daily in-person visits and meetings with merchants.
  • Identify potential SME merchant prospects and generate leads.
  • Communicate with potential and existing customers in person to develop business relationships.
  • Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research on similar services or products.
  • Maintain effective communication between customers, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other teams for client acquisition as needed.
  • Plan and present reports on sales progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives.
  • Maintain the CRM database.
  • Develop processes, systems, and databases to gain insights into the market.
