Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Up-dating the order recap on daily basis to monitor & control “Time & Action plan” for all orders to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Follow-up sample requirements with customer and accordingly communicate with factories and control sample submission lead-time and quality.
∎ Checking the samples against the customers requirement before submission, and communicate with internal technical team, factories & customers when requires.
∎ Arrange sample submission following the submission procedure set by company and take buyer comments & approval.
∎ Maintaining & keeping proper record of order details, approvals and references in proper manner.
