Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge on Lingerie material quality (Fabric, Elastic, Hook & Eye, Foam cup, etc.).
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing, and coordinating material planning activities for executing the production process.
∎ Analyze material data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Follow the fabric inspection team and directly report to material quality manager.
∎ Ensures that the company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all materials department.
∎ Closely communicate with the marketing team about any type of raw-materials and approval issues.
∎ All incoming raw-materials must be check and given approval according to standard with required light source.
∎ Control the shade variation between component of the products.
∎ Follow the fabric test report and communicate with lab team.
∎ Keep approved lab dip & trim card for future reference.
∎ Have to perform supplier monthly performance evaluation as per routine and keep record.
∎ Closely communicated with existing sewing line for any raw-materials issues, if fabric or shade issue arises in sewing floor he/she will immediately evolve and solve the issues.
∎ Carry out any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience minimum 6-7 in Lingerie quality department.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good numerical, logical, analytical, goal oriented, critical thinking & problem solving ability.
∎ Should have sound technical knowledge on Lingerie material quality.
