Experience:
To exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department
To maintain proper records, receive stores, tags and track surplus property; prepare property lists for items to be sold at auction.
To initiate purchase requisitions for the renouncement of stock of all regular stores items whenever the stock level of any item of store will approach minimum limit fixed.
To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
To reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required.
To issue materials only in required quantities against Authorized requisition notes.
To check the book balance, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
Prepare inventory plan based on the use forecast and raise materials requisition accordingly.
Prepare monthly stock report regularly.
To ensure Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt material
To ensure order assembly and dispatch of goods to production Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy;
Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; Briefing team leaders on a daily basis;
As per Company rules.
